Red Bull Speed Trap (RBST) will circle the country this summer to measure the top speed of
every Jamaican, who wants to come out and run.
This is to determine how fast the average Jamaican can run following the country?s athletes blazing performances at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, where they won gold in the 100 metre dashes, the 200 metres and the men?s 100 meteres sprint in world record times.
A speed device will measure the top speed of each runner in the 15 metre ?speed zone?.
