Reggae and dancehall artiste I-Octane will not be performing at the Sierra Nevada World Music Festival on June 19 as was being promoted.
I-Octane had endorsed the event but he said he was not aware of any negotiations for him to perform as he had not received any contract or deposit.
Sources say that unknown to the artiste, negotiations had been underway and a contract had been signed and a deposit received, but all this was done by a third party who does not represent I-Octane
