Sony Pictures Classics announced today that they have acquired all North American rights to Pedro Almod�var's new comedy currently titled I'm So Excited from El Deseo. The film, an ensemble comedy written and directed by Almod�var, is set to begin production in July and will be released next summer.
The cast includes Javier C�mara, Cecilia Roth, Lola Due�as, Raul Ar�valo, Carlos Areces, Antonio de la Torre, Hugo Silva, Willy Toledo, Miguel �ngel Silvestre, Blanca Su�rez, Jos� Luis Torrijo, Jos� Mar�a Yazpik, Laya Mart� with special collaborations from Pen�lope Cruz, Antonio Banderas and Paz Vega.
