Simon Quarterman has signed on to lead Wer , the upcoming horror project from The Devil Inside director William Brent Bell. Deadline has the news, listing Quarterman as the lead, Gavin Flemyng.
Quarterman, who also appeared in Devil Inside , will star opposite A.J. Cook, playing a character named Kate Moore.
Wer (the German word for "who"), is said to focus on werewolves and will again make use of a "found footage" style.
Bell co-penned the script with his Devil cohort Matthew Peterman and shooting begins in Romania this April.
